Existential Psychotherapist Centurion
“I am a Clinical Psychologist and Existential Psychotherapist in private practice in Centurion. I also lecture in the Department of Psychiatry of the University of Pretoria. I have been involved in research and teaching in the fields of Existential Psychology and Existential Psychotherapy for more than 10 years. I am an associate to the Centre for Ethics and Philosophy of Health Sciences at the University of Pretoria and a member of the South African Society for Existential Psychotherapy. I provide psychological services including Individual Psychotherapy and Marriage Counselling for individuals and couples. The aim of Existential Psychotherapy is to help clients to become more aware of who they are and how to apply themselves in an authentic way in addressing their life challenges. I believe in the potential inherent in every person to explore their inner being and to find the courage to direct their lives and relationships in a meaningful way. Meaning and purpose is at the centre of our existence and without a sense of both we may find ourselves lost.“
